Founded in 1995, Bojangles Cafés serve an extensive range of specialty coffees. These include authentic cappuccinos, espressos, lattés, mochas and our own unique recipes. To compliment our specialty coffees, we also serve an extensive variety of teas, home-style baked goods, gourmet sandwiches, salads and soups, delectable light meals and Italian ice cream. The menu items are available as either For Here or To Go options. In addition, our customers have the benefit of purchasing in bulk, our blends of coffees and teas and will also be able to purchase merchandise fashionably embroidered or silk-screened with our attractive logo.
The concept of the business grew from realizing the need in the market to fill the gap between a regular coffee house serving a limited eats selection, and a full restaurant serving complete meals. Our concept is intended to provide a one stop shopping convenience to the casual dining consumer. We provide a wide range of freshly prepared home-style menu items to be enjoyed in our relaxing, cozy and friendly, music filled environment with a French cottage décor, or to be enjoyed in the comfort of their own home.
The theme of this café evolved from the name of the New Orleans jazz busker, Bojangles who gave great listening pleasure to a countless number of people in his city, and of whom many famous songwriters and musicians sang. Our aim is to provide just as great an eating and drinking pleasure to our customers and become just as well known as the jazz artist, as well as to enjoy the success of a profitable and market oriented business.
